Junior Hockey
Increasingly popular in Ireland, hockey is a fast paced and fun team sport. Ennis Hockey Club offers a friendly and inviting environment for all the kids looking to train.
Our first rule of the game is to have fun and make sure that all players participate and are included in activities. We believe that every child can grow into confident athlete once they love the sport – and what better way to do that than just enjoy what it has to offer with a group of kids the same age.
Our goal is to make sure that kids have fun, make friends and take part, while developing their skills and discovering the benefits of being engaged in sports – that will last them a lifetime.
We offer training for kids from 5 years of age and welcome boys and girls.
For the training sessions, the kids will need to bring their mouthgards and shingards.
For those kids starting off and just wanting to try it out, we have trial sticks and can recommend a good one once the trial period is over and the child is becoming a member.
