Social Hockey

Whether you have trained hockey before or just starting your journey with the sport, we would love to see you on the pitch. We offer fun and engaging way to get fit, while meeting new people and enjoying a bit of fresh air.

Our mixed group trains once a week for an hour, starting with a bit of a warm up, practicing the hockey skills and normally finish our session with a quick match. This level of training is perfect if you are looking to improve your already existing fitness and no previous hockey skills is necessary.

All you need to do to join, is to get your mouthgard and shingards ready. For those starting off and just wanting to try it out, we have trial sticks and can recommend a good one once you are ready to take up the sport.
